Dignidad The coffee and honey of Cafe Rebelion is just a memory but I hope that the spirit of resistance and struggle continues in my current project of La Dignidad. Located on a pinon/juniper/shortgrass prairie mesa in Southeast Colorado, La Dignidad is a self-declared autonomous territory dedicated to sustainability, respect for our sacred Mother Earth and respect for the rights of all peoples.
